My favorite way to cook bacon is in a George Forman grill. It leaves just a little of that yummy grease flavor, doesn’t cook quite as evenly as an oven, but far better than a frypan. Foreman’s invention ranks right up there with sliced bread, in my opinion . . . and so many wonderful variations!

Agreed, it sounds like a good compromise between pan frying and oven cooking.
