This is the fastest rate of growth in almost four years. The second quarter gain was close to the 4.2% rate economists surveyed by MarketWatch had forecast. The acceleration of real gross domestic product in the second quarter reflected a jump in consumer and government spending.

And who will be the first pundit to say this was a result of the policies Obama had started?

“Obama said that this would never happen again.”

And his “experts” ridiculed Trump for suggesting that it would. And yet now, somehow, Obama’s supposed to get the credit for it.

IIRC, years back....2.0 or 2.5 was the goal. I never saw where the goal...promoted by the economic experts....was ever changed.

Take that Obama!

Lots of Freepers were saying that everything Obama was doing to grow government and starve the private sector of liquidity and funding was prolonging and worsening the economic depression. And it WAS an economic depression. Numbers were faked to hide it, but so did the MSM. If a Republican had been president from 2009 to 2015, the bold above-the-fold headlines of the New York Slimes would have carried some daily version of “President’s Depression Worsens”, “Millions Hurting and Out of Work”, “Economy Collapsing under President”, etc.

Firing up the private sector to stimulate the economy was patently obvious, yet Democrats will never do it. No wonder they govern over so many depressions and recessions. They CAUSE them.

In 4 years? I can't recall anything over 2.5 in the Obama regime.

All over Twitter the left is saying wages aren’t increasing so the rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer.

The usual.
