Political judges will pop up to allow these states to sue the federal government on the grounds they want their way. Jurisdiction over the federal government will be granted to these states and that will be the law of the land for several years until SCOTUS overturns the rulings.

Rather ironic it’s the same states that issue free passes at the border to any and all.

3D printed guns expose the futility of gun control. The harder they try to outlaw an object, the more creative the objects become. Had they focused on the actual bad guy, they would have dramatically reduced the thing they claim is their intent. But then again, gun control has never been about guns. It’s a means of control over free people.

"Why are you allowing dangerous criminals easy access to weapons?"
Oh how the "stupid" burns in Bob Ferguson. The "dangerous criminals" already have easy access to weapons. It's part of the "dangerous" half of "dangerous criminals". And they acquire that access "criminally", hence the second half of "dangerous criminals". The State Department simply leveled the playing field so that non-dangerous, non-criminals also have easy access -- so we can defend ourselves.

Defense Distributed agreed to temporarily block Pennsylvania residents from downloading the plans after state officials went to federal court in Philadelphia on Sunday seeking an emergency order. The company said it has also blocked access to users in New Jersey and Los Angeles.

These downloadable guns are unregistered and very difficult to detect, even with metal detectors... I see they've resurrected the "hard to detect" BS that goes back to the Bush 41 years, in an effort to blur the issue of home-built firearms.

Stop all federal dollars going to these states until the question is resolved.

Anybody with basic CAD software make an exact replica of any gun

So they’re against free speech, as well as the Second Amendment?
Why bother having a Constitution? Except when it benefits your own power by allowing for your election. And the laws that say you can steal money from other people and call it “taxation”.
To: Simon Green
Plastic guns? That gun control argument is soooo 1986.

These aren’t replica guns, they’re real ones that can function and fire. A few rounds at least
