However short-lived it may be, the result will be thousands more illegal Mexiturds filing under its provisions.

Not to my knowledge. It was an executive order.

“It was an executive order.“

No it wasn’t. It was an “executive action”. And the poster above is right - this can’t be allowed to go to a 4/4 Supreme Court.

Better to defy the judge and fight it out in Congress. This is a hill worth dying on.

Trumps New USSC pick will hopefully be in before August. So appealing this might work out.

I wish there was a way to jail these activist judges who have no regard for the law or the constituion.

Fix spelling error:

What is the difference between an Executive Order and an Executive Action? An action requires an order.

I think it’s time to find a hill that the judge shall “die on.”

There is a legal structure that governs executive orders.

Obama did not follow that structure when he invented DACA.

Then that makes the judge’s order even less viable.
Again, Trump needs to tell the asshole to go eff himself, sideways with a power pole.

Why doesn’t POTUS kick this over to AG Sessions? No, really.

Appealing establishes grounds to remove the judge, too, something that needs to start happening when judges step outside their Constitutional authority. No appeal and it’s just more crap added to the Hillary propaganda noise machine. Appeal, win, and remove is the ticket.

[Judge Bates said Mr. Trump and his Homeland Security Department do have the power to revoke the Obama-era DACA program, but they cut too many corners in the way they tried to do it.]

What horsesh**!

EOs can be changed at will be another President.

Yes, but that is still granting the Judicial branch supremacy over the Executive branch.

It simply reinforces mounting precedent.
