Well; this rubberhead judge made his ruling, now let him enforce it!
This is far beyond just mere legislating - he is claiming for himself both the powers of Congress and the powers of the Presidency. First of all, it was an illegal and unconstitutional program to begin with not authorized by statute of Congress (indeed, prohibited by it) as openly admitted to by the President who signed the order. Nonetheless, let’s say theoretically that is not the case and it was legal and Constitutional - it was still a purely executive action - not mandated by any statute. Purely a policy put in place by the executive - the President. The President now rescinds the order - and judge has now ruled and Executive Order must be reinstated that was rescinded. The judge has absolutely no power to do this. This is not merely a decision a judge has made that we disagree with - the judge has usurped the powers of separate branches of government and claimed them for himself. This judge is the most powerful entity in the country if this is allowed to stand. This kind of a ruling is an impeachable offense in my opinion.
A POS judge cannot order our Government to break the laws of our Country!

Trump should ignore the ruling and not appeal to anybody.
They should e already done it. Disappointed they haven’t.

Trump needs to start it up, nbut call it DAJA -Deport All Judicial Assholes. Start with this jag off and then work your way up to Muller.
If the judge admitted that the President et al had the power to abolish the DACA program, then he no longer had any right/power to tell them how to do it.
This judge should be brought up on charges of unprofessional and unethical conduct, and anything else that fits the crime.
Read the Constitution.
