I’m sure the 1.25 billion with a “B” they have lost in the last two quarters goes well beyond just infrastructure ramp up and Debt on loans.

Umm,no. Hughes created real value: Hughes Aircraft, casinos, pretty much everything he touched turned to gold. Everything Musk touches loses billions a year. He just signed his death warrant, the lawsuits are gonna kill him. Not to mention he can’t produce vehicles in quantities sufficient to generate a profit.

Howard Hughes fortune didn’t survive more than decade after his death. The many properties he had fell into disrepair and were sold immediately. Hughes Airlines disappeared in the 70’s and Hughes Aircraft was sold to GM in 1985. It endowed the Hughes Medical Center, which is probably the only thing remaining with his name on it. his cousins, and many wives got his money

I’m not claiming Musk’s life is EXACTY like Hughes, but very similar. Both very smart men, volatile personalities, visionaries in the new industries of their age, both builders, and both salesmen, showmen and hucksters of their vision. People followed and investors ponied up big money to both.

I doubt Musk’s empire will survive him either. His may disappear even long before his death.

Ok. I still don’t like Musk.

I didn’t like Trump until he ran for president and I saw his positions on the issues.
