Mueller’s prosecutors filed a formal complaint against Judge T.S. Ellis this week claiming he violated protocol by ‘unfairly’ blasting the prosecutors over a witness.
Mueller’s team of liberal hack lawyers are becoming increasingly frustrated with Judge Ellis to the point of being pushed to tears.

It sounds like the Clintoon shyster snowflakes are upset and outraged because the judge isn’t following the demands of the DNC massas the way he is supposed to. He’s a “rogue”!

Declaration of a mistrial over the defendant’s objection offends the Double Jeopardy clause unless it was compelled by a “manifest necessity” (such as a hung jury, death of the judge, that sort of thing).
Mueller is attempting to intimidate the judge.

This also pisses off other judges. IANAL and even I know this. Muller and his entire team are “all in” because as trial lawyers, they are over after this case.

The judge should simply dismiss the case with prejudice, and jail Mewler for contempt of court.

They let their “expert witness” sit in on the proceedings, a total no-no that any legal secretary knows, yet Mueller’s handy band of clowns didn’t know that? And they file a complaint because he gave them a hard time about it?

Judge Ellis, a former US Marine, a Reagan Appointee, has bitch slapped the Mueller team into outrage, and now they have done just what Judhe Ellis wanted: They filed a complaint based on judicial ethics, a cheap trap just like a cheap perjury trap.
Now the judge will conduct judicial guerilla warfare on the Mueller team. Mueller’s team has screwed themselves.But the judges bitch slapping on these grandstanding leftist prostitutors looked GOOD to America.
It is a generally accepted principle of law that witnesses not hear the testimony of others before they themselves testify, it goes to the truth of what the witness will say, and in this case shows that the witnesses were likely rehearsed very stringently by the Mueller team, who wanted the testimony of precedent witnesses to influence the testimony of later witnesses.
They’re used to getting their way in courtrooms that are aligned with their objectives. Now, they actually have to be competent lawyers and they ain’t liking it.

The judge gave permission for the expert to stay. They didn't file a complaint. They filed a brief, with that very judge, requesting the he correct his mistake. Which he did.
