Yes, I do indeed have a way to get there. It is detailed in my blog in my Federalist Letters to Corporate America. It consists of 8 letters from 2015 detailing the problem, plan for correction, strategy and goal.

I’d really appreciate it if some of you can take a look and let me know what you think. I welcome comments and improvements.

Basically, it is to do an end round Congress via the State Legislatures as they have both the ability to call for an Article 5 Convention as well as to select the 3 delegates from each state.

Oops, make that an “end run ‘round Congress”.

Thank you for the link and I enjoyed reading your blog very much. The letters are excellent. Would you please check out this past post from Denninger?

Also this comment from that post by Nuc1.1:

The big cities are the country’s problem. Changing their voting patterns by 10-20% would change the dominant political philosophy. However, Karl has supported the dominant political philosophy of the last 100 years. His justified fear, dare I say terror, at the natural outcome of his political views is hopefully reflected by new voting patterns. As I see it there are only four possible ways out; 1) The citizens change their ways and vote responsibly. (VERY unlikely.) 2) A constitutional convention amends the constitution to eliminate DCs ability to impose their tyranny upon us. (Less likely than 1 and the government wouldn’t follow the newly revised constitution anyway.) 3) The armed forces, upholding their oath to the constitution, rise up and clean house restoring the constitutional republic. (More likely than 1 or 2 but still unlikely.) 4) Some event from within or without causes us to change our ways. (This is the only likely scenario.) Not pretty, but realistic IMHO. When the change comes the voting base must be reduced in size. Presently we are more of a corrupt democracy than a republic.

Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. I believe the strategy outlined in my letters circumvents both of the predictions that you shared. That is the key difference, I am not trying to predict anything, those others are. They are both predicting that it is a waste of time to try to solve the problem because it can’t be solved.

Both are also stuck in the weeds. They fail to identify the actual problem which is that our government has already deteriorated into an oligarchy. That is the only problem that needs to be solved. All of the other problems with which we are preoccupied are symptoms of that one problem and will resolve organically with with time if we solve the oligarchy issue.

After correctly identifying the problem, then I was able to create a workable solution. It may not be the best solution, but it will restore our Constitution and government to it’s original intent.

We will not have a perfect union after it is solved, but we will once again have a functioning republic where We the People stumble forward with maximum peace and productivity within the limitations of the material world and the spiritual universe.

And, I think that’s about the best we can ever expect ;)

No, the states didn’t create the D.C. swamp. They fell asleep and let the swamp fill itself up.

The American People through their states need to WAKE UP!!!

Only if you aren't very imaginative in the wording; here's one that would cut the spending down at the knees:

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AMENDMENT
Section I
The power of Congress to regulate the value of money is hereby rescinded; the unit of money of the United States is the Dollar.

Section II
The value of the Dollar shall be one fifteen-hundredth avoirdupois ounce of gold of which impurities do not exceed one part per thousand.

Section III
To guard against Congress using its authority over weights and measures to bypass Section I, the ounce in Section II is approximately 28.3495 grams (SI).

Section IV
The Secretary of the Treasury shall annually report the gold physically in its possession; this report shall be publicly available. Any five states may commission a third party audit to confirm this report at their own expense.

Section V
The power of the Congress to assume debt is hereby restricted: the congress shall assume no debt that shall cause the total obligations of the United States to exceed one hundred ten percent of the amount last reported by the Secretary of the Treasury.

Section VI
Any government agent, officer, judge, justice, employee, representative, or congressman causing gold, money, or real estate to be confiscated from a citizen shall be tried for theft and upon conviction shall:
a. be removed from office (and fired, if an employee),
b. forfeit all pension and retirement benefits,
c. pay all legal costs, and
d. restore to the bereaved twice the amount in controversy.

Section VII
The federal government shall assume no obligation lacking funding, neither shall it lay such obligation on any of the several States, any subdivision thereof, or any place under the jurisdiction of the United States. All unfunded liabilities heretofore assumed by the United States are void.

Section VIII
The federal government shall make all payments to its employees or the several states in physical gold. Misappropriation, malfeasance and/or misfeasance of funds shall be considered confiscation and theft.

It's from the Amendment Booklet pdf in the list that Art in Idaho keeps on the topic of Article V, and somebody posted a few of them in this petition.

I got a better idea.

Instead of amending the Constitution which is being violated every day with no consequences, why don’t WE THE PEOPLE through our states and elected representatives DEMAND ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION .

Here’s what that would look like:

- dismantle the unconstitutional 80% portion of the feds (some details below) AND
- then cut taxes to a FLAT 10%-15%...

THE RESULTS WOULD BE...

- the deficit would basically disappear
- the average American would be significantly wealthier overnight
- our economy would launch into the stratosphere
- the IRS would be reduced to a storefront
- AND we would be well on our way to the recovery of our Free Constitutional Republic.

WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO DISMANTLE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL 80% PORTION OF THE FEDS...

...start with abolishing these unconstitutional, useless, and harmful cabinet departments, agencies, and bureaucracies:

Department of Health and Human Services ($1 TRILLION budget!!!)
Department of Energy
Department of Education
Department of Labor
Department of Agriculture
Department of Commerce
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Department of Transportation

ALSO, NUKE the 440 unconstitutional Federal Administrative Agencies including:
EPA
FCC
SBA (Small Business Administration)

Our Goal: MAGA by RESTORING OUR FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC!

Their assumption is that a CC will pass conservative amendments, instead of creating a socialist and globalist outcome.

No CC!!!

a balanced budget amendment

Another wrongheaded idea out of the gate that fails to address the real problem of unconstitutional federal spending and would actually make matters worse, allowing the Lying Left to force higher taxes to ratify their out-of-control and mostly unconstitutional spending. It would be a disaster.

Mark Levin is hosting Dr/Sen Coburn and Mark Meckler, on his Life, Libertyand Levin program, right now covering the advantages of a Convention of States/Article V.

They are going into much detail, in many areas. I’ll try to find a link to the program, and post, here.

Levin is asking good questions and Coburn brings up MANY great points.

Levin missed the biggest Liberty Amendment of all.

All representatove districts should be a rectangle for equality. This eliminates racism of judges.
