Where Do We Get Such Losers?
American Thinker.com ^ | August 13, 2018 | Colin Flaherty

When delivered by Ronald Reagan, the question “Where do we get such men?” used to be the ultimate contemplation about the people who make this country great. Not anymore.

Today, when we look at the delusion and deceit surrounding at least five Democrat members of the U.S. Senate, the question now becomes “Is this the best we have?” Let’s look at a few.

When Cory Booker moved to Newark, New Jersey, he had it all: multiple degrees from Stanford, a Rhodes scholarship, a winning smile and a willingness to lie his keister off about a central feature of his earlier campaigns.

He also had an imaginary friend, T-Bone -- a drug-dealing, streetwise guardian angel of Cory Booker -- as he tried to convince the people of Newark he was not just a little rich kid, he was one of them, bursting with street cred.

Booker trotted out the T-Bone stories at every early campaign stop in his races for mayor: T-Bone told him this, T-Bone told him that. And of course, as brilliant as T-Bone was, he was still on many occasions the recipient of Cory Booker’s sage counsel.

But T-Bone was never there.

The Star Ledger and National Review broke this story of delusion almost at the same time. An excerpt from Booker’s home town paper:

Lying for Democrats is 33 1/3% of their ways of winning elections.

We get them from liberal loser voters who will buy any BS they’re fed as long as they get to keep killing their own babies and collecting various kinds of welfare.

The Rhodes scholarship was set up to turn foreigners into perfect little Englishmen.
Apparently it is succeeding.

The Greatest Generation came home from war and sat on their lazy asses and raised a generation of hippies.

The hippies raised a generation of latchkey kids called GenX.

GenX raised GenWhyMe, who now have the millennials.

Idiocracy was a documentary.

Clinton used his Rhodes/Oxford scholarship to expand his horndog ways (he never cracked a book). Rhodes' goal was never to turn foreigners into perfect little gentlemen.

That might have been some unicorn-like fantasy, but it was never put into action.

Remember Slick William never finished!
He used his Rhodes Scholarship to get laid and travel Europe to protest the Vietnam War.

As Karl Jung said (and has been quoted as such by Jordan Peterson), "people don't have ideas...ideas have people."

By this Jung and Peterson meant that ideas have power...the power to possess.

The Democrat Party is now possessed by the idea (and the demon behind it) of Socialism/Marxism/Postmodernism.

Such a crappy idea as a force in a political party creates a leadership vacuum that can only be filled by idiots. This is true because that ideology has been shown/proven to be a failure in practice time and time again...however much it might sound like music to the ears of the young/immature and mentally deficient.

The person who wins the leadership position for that idea/ideology is the one who is the greatest idiot.

To prove that point, just take a gander at the upcoming field of candidates.

Take a good hard look at Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Now there is a REAL idiot.

When she opens her mouth, what comes out is not from her brain. What comes out is what her "idea" wants her to say.

Loop down to Senator Booker.

Same thing.

He is possessed by the same "idea" or "ideology."

A lot of hippies came around to reality once they grew up.

I was a hippie for a brief period of time.

Was particularly taken with the "free love" aspect of it.

Luckily, I eventually matured.

That free love thing was one of Satan's greatest inventions.

A beautiful woman's breast tumbling out of a halter top...

It is hard for a healthy young man to resist that kind of "movement."
