Innocent on all but one count?
I will laugh my ass off if manafort walks.
Charge him with colluding with russia, or drop it
Pretty rare for the media to get me rooting for a tax cheat
Just judging from my experience as a foreman on 2 different juries and a juror on another, it sounds like the jury is almost done with all the charges, but one is causing the jury to hang. Also, it sounds like the foreman screwed up filling out one of the verdict forms, so he’s requesting another. The foreman typically fills out a verdict form for each charge. The verdict form reflects the verdict of the jury for a charge.
The only member of the jury that matters is Juror 13, and his name is Donald Trump. I
Hard to read into this.
It could mean the jury is stuck on 1 charge.
And already made verdicts on other 17.
Who knows what those verdicts are.
That can be read several ways. One of whuch is: We cant agree on any single count. I say they return all 18 counts as not guilty.
We’re all the counts in some way related? Seems strange if they were and can’t come to agreement on one,of course they could all be different verdicts
Hung jury on all counts would be my guess.
I read it as they can’t agree on any count.
Chris Plante WMAL just said he was reading comments on a tweeter report and according to one post a Juror was out to dinner in DC with friends and said they found him guilty of 9 counts and were hung up on a few.....If that is true that a juror was talking..it is illegal and could be grounds for a dismissal.....Hope it is true or they are dead locked on everything. If true hope the Judge and Lawyers of Manafort hear about this
About 90 percent of the federal defendants found guilty.
Can’t agree on any counts. Hung on all 17!
It means they all changed their verdicts after cnn wanted to expose their names to the public and the judge admitted to getting death threats.
The media can’t wait to tie this to Trump.
A conviction on ONE count? PDJT will pardon it in a heartbeat.
The Mueller team says that Manafort avoided taxes on foreign income. Then they say that he took out US loans fraudulently (bank fraud) to fund his expensive life style.
If he was living off loan proceeds, that is not income that is taxable. If he no declaring foreign income, then why does he need to borrow money? It just doesn't ring true. One or the other, but both seems to just seem like they are saying everything possible about him and hoping some juror will believe some of each.
Tuesday was a lucky day for Imran Awan, the former IT administrator for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla. A federal judge sentenced him to three months of supervised release and no fine for one count of bank fraud sparing him any jail time.
Awan could have faced much more serious charges and a long prison sentence if he had been tried and convicted on accusations that he ran a spy ring inside Congress and stole congressional computer equipment.
Yet stunningly, Awan was not charged with those crimes. Instead, federal prosecutors ignored their own compelling evidence implicating him in the spy ring and exonerated him.
This is what happens when the establishment and the mainstream media collude to cover up a Democratic scandal.
A flash across my screen said he was convicted on eight counts? I can’t find any info tho
