This was another no-brainer.

The owner of a gun is responsible for the results of shooting it.

What little I know about this case...combined with what little I know about the *letter* of the law...suggests that if I was a juror I wouldn't vote "guilty" on anything higher (harsher) than negligent homicide.

I don't think that there was anything more than breathtaking stupidity involved.

A Dallas police officer who fatally shot her neighbor and later explained she had mistaken his apartment for hers will be charged with manslaughter, the police chief said Friday.

A female officer shot and wounded a unarmed mental health counselor who was lying in the street next to his ward who was mentally disabled and playing with his toys.

A female court officer had her weapon taken from her and used by the convict to escape and murder several people.

Can somebody tell me who is hiring these incompetent women? (A liberal incompetent, no doubt filling out a "quota")

Besides her walking into the wrong apartment, she noticed that he had not taken out the trash as he said he would.

Hello, 911? I just shot an intruder who rearranged all my furniture, replaced the carpeting, and put someone else’s pictures on my walls.

Was alcohol involved?

So evidently she thought she was going into her own apartment. The door had to be unlocked so she has an “oh shit moment”. Draws her weapon and explores....sees and shoots the male black. Then notices her furniture has been replaced with someone else’s and is REALLY confused. Then notices the fathead of LT on the living room wall realizes she had made a slight error.

Clearly her defense should be that she had no choice since there were no children, pregnant women, wheelchair-bound people, or dogs to shoot...

This is what happens when a person’s highest qualification for being an officer is that she has a vagina.

My scenario is she gets off shift, has a couple of pops at a local watering hole on the way home. Goes home a little (or a lot) tipsy tries to enter the wrong apartment (I’ve read that her key was in the door and she was yelling she was a cop). The guy looks sees she was a cop and opens the door. She figures it’s not her boyfriend etc and blasts away. Definitely manslaughter or even second degree murder.

I do not believe her account. I don’t believe she didn’t know it wasn’t her apartment.

I want murder 2 charges. Screw this pussy pass accepting outrageous excuses from women. She fuching murdered someone. Damn she shot an innocent man in his own damn apartment, so his life is just worthless.

Shes an officer, there ought to be a higher standard for lethal fuch ups. They have and claim special protections and supposedly are trained better than all of us to handle these types of situations.

Shes lying. I dont believe her. Murder 2, if not getting her to admit or that we find out later she had problems with this particular neighbor.
