The other 3 made it clear they will not protect Turkey’s Jihadi’s in Idlib.

Turkey’s Jihadi’s (including ISIS and al-Qaeda) are getting hurt in Efrin (Afrin). They lost a commander and 15 of their people last week. Every week it is 5-10 that are eliminated.

Some of the Jihadi’s see the handwriting on the wall and are selling their weapons and sneaking back into Turkey.

Turkey is not paying them, they have been given the spoils. Pillage had about run it’s course. They are kidnapping and holding for ransom, but that will end when nobody has money left to steal.

Turkey is NOT standing with NATO. But Putin is playing with him now. smile.

Hard to tell where this goes. There are other powerful forces near by now. We shall see.

Yes, Turkey has been working with ISIS a long time. And before that al Qaeda elements.

Turkey has burned his bridges. I kept thinking he might implode in a financial collapse. It could still happen, but no signs it is there yet. Currency collapse is real. Last number’s I saw were 6.5 Turk Lira to $1.

It has been unstable before, but never this low.

I think Trump himself sees that they need to finish the job with ISIS and the other terrorists.

Yes, I’m sure he does. And Mattis does too.

But there are a lot of other bad jihadi’s including al Qaeda. (Nusra)

I recall Putin saying he didn't much like Erdogan more than on a few occasions. He has to deal with him but has no taste for the man. The two have had several skirmishes along the way. Erdogan knows he cannot pull the wool over Putins eyes.....he tried it and got more than he bargained for from Putin.

On another note...I listened to Assad often throughout this war. Like him or not he's been calling it right since this started in regard to the terrorists. Hillary and Obama wanted a regime change just like in Libya.

This war should have been called Obamas war. One he started and frankly cowarded out when push came to shove. He's a despicable coward!

Unfortunately as long as there is Islam there will always be terrorists and Jihadists.

@Texas Fossil This info is from a PKK related org.(Ajansa Nûçeyan a Firatê) and this search https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=Abu%20Kerem only gives similar sources. Can you find any independent source?

I know the source, it is not PKK. Yes they are both Kurds and yes they have helped each other.

I’m not a gambler, but I’ll make a bet with you about the accuracy. This is a source I’ve long followed. They don’t distort this stuff.

Yes, if we want him we have him. But, it is probably better with both of us using him. I assure you the Kurds Asayish and their HAT groups are about as good as they get. They understand the groups totally.

I think he will be properly used.

Wait until the Turks cannot afford to buy tobacco for their hootkas. That’s when Erdogan will do the “Alahwaho0 Whackbar” dance down the plank.

The economic aspect is a free Turkey’s dream. Its hard to believe sucgh a formerly free society has gone down the tubes, but I suppose Iran was the same.

The Turks need to be kicked right out of NATO, but it needs to do the slow creep in case anyone in the Turkish elite can change the direction of Turkey’s downfall.Erdogan is an Islamofascist of the first water, just as Obama is a liberal fascist enabler of men like Erdogan, whose policies are largely responsible for Turkey’s decline.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor, reported the same death toll for the fighting near a Kurdish checkpoint in the city.

The "Syrian Observatory for Human Rights" is one man in London with a web site, and to my understanding, not to be trusted. I'm sure Texas Fossil has more and better knowledge of him, however.

Here is a 2nd but related article.

Mecenary Abu Karam narrates to ANHA details of his job , Turkey’s relations with Daesh

http://www.hawarnews.com/en/haber/mecenary-abu-karam-narrates-to-anha-details-of-his-job-turkeys-relations-with-daesh-h3617.html

Same perspective, but with different details.

Both of these news sources have been reliable. Perspective of the writer at times confuses me, it is a language issue nothing else.

I think it was a bit of implausable deniability.

From pretty early on the main players were Isis and AQ and any aid or training was going to benefit them.

Of course you've seen the photos of The meeting with McNasty and al Baghdadi.
