Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.So, Pence and a majority of Executive Department heads have to initiate it. I don't see that happening. Keep blindly casting about, Lefties.

Tell ya what weenie leftists; all you have to do is run for President, go through the grueling process of campaigning, all the debates, and find a way to fund it. Then win.
If you win, then and only then, will you have a leg to stand on. We don’t put people through that process then pull a low blow fast one on them just because we don’t like the way they run the country.

These people are so stupid. If Trump is impeached, Pence becomes president. If he’s removed because of the 25th Amendment, Pence becomes president.
It’s not like it’s going to “solve” anything for them. And if either were to happen (exceedingly unlikely), the base would be 100 times more energized than it is now.
So I really don’t care about all this Russia crap nor cowardly calls to invoke the 25th. It’s absolutely worthless.
