Peter Strzok, Lisa Page conspired to leak anti-Trump stories to mainstream media

FBI agent Peter Strzok conspired with his in-house lover to leak anti-Trump stories to the media in spring 2017 when he headed the Russia probe into the Trump campaign, a congressman said on Monday.

Rep. Mark Meadows, North Carolina Republican, sent a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein saying a House task force had just received a new shipment of Justice Department documents.

“Our review of these new documents raises grave concerns regarding an apparent systemic culture of media leaking by high-ranking officials at FBI and DOJ,” Mr. Meadows said. “Review of these new documents suggest a coordinated effort on the part of the FBI and DOJ to release information in the public domain potentially harmful to President Donald Trump’s administration.”

Mr. Meadows provided an example.

On April 10, 2017, Mr. Strzok text-messaged Lisa Page, his lover and then-FBI counsel, to discuss a “media leak strategy.”

“I had literally just gone to find this phone to tell you I want to talk to you about media leak strategy with DOJ before you go,” Mr. Strzok said.

If it’s the wild wild west in DC I’d sure like some conservative to ‘leak’ the Clinton Crime Family Investigations.

Good for the Goose... good for the gander...

Pulitzer's aren't handed out for writings that back conservative thought or perception... for the writer it would be 'death without prize'...

Is this the same Strzok that the IG Report said was unbiased? How is that possible? I thought there was no bias in any of his actions?

You might want to look at the exact wording.

Partner, President Trump will do the right thing since he will listen to his conscience and open up the FISA files and let the American public decide, period!

We have such a corrupt FBI and Justice Department right now that this can clear up a lot of issues and hopefully a lot of the confusion.

"We the People" do not want redactions on these documents since we want to see the whole thing/documents.

This will surely kill the Mueller investigation which is a total fake job on "We the People plus we have already spent way too much for nothing for this witch hunt by James Comey's good friend Robert Mueller."

We also want to find out who approved the salary for Robert Mueller and we want to know the amount that he is getting paid.

A guilty verdict for Sedition in this case is a slam-dunk.

“Conspire to ‘leak’? Seems like he was just begging for jail-time.”

Jail? I want to see the two of them condemned and hanged side by side.

And yet, neither of them will be indicted much less go to jail.

They will go scot-free, just like the criminal bitch Lois Lerner.

I don’t have the report — can you give me a hint of what you are referring to?

Maybe the IG didn’t have this latest evidence on Strzok because the emails were thought lost due to computer crash. I heard that story too. God knows who really knew.

The good guys have their phone records and all the evidence they need to convict the conspirators. They even know which reporters talked to which FBI and DOJ traitors.

In that picture, Strzok looks like a kid in kindergarten class, who just had a major accident in his pants, and is telling his teacher,

       "Wee Wee
        Woo Woo
        I did a
        Poo Poo!"

Andrew McCarthy has changed his posture from being very critical of the FBI and DOJ to defending them a little more. It is strange. Maybe they had a “talk” with him. The FBI knew this was a totally fake investigation, so leaking to the press had one purpose, to damage Trump.

The OIG did not find “documentary or testimonial evidence that that improper considerations, including political bias, ...”, this conclusion specifically states that, “ the conduct by these employees cast a cloud over the entire FBI investigation and sowed doubt about the FBI’s work on, and its handling of, the Midyear investigation.” In other words, the FBI and DOJ employees did not give him documents or testimony admitting their bias. Of course they didn’t; those corrupt people were not going to sign their own indictment and admit their crimes. The OIG is not saying there wasn’t bias, because this same paragraph clearly states that he believes their was bias.

Note the careful wording.

No one testified or documented that they were biased. There were actions which certainly gave the appearance of bias all over the place...jut no one testified or wrote of their own bias.

I see what you are saying regarding the admission of bias. The employees would not be admitting to any bias... and why would they. Thanks for making that clear and pointing to the careful wording.
