The federal response to Hurricane Maria is under scrutiny again after photos show what appear to be millions of water bottles meant for victims of the storm still sitting on a runway in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The photos began circulating on social media Tuesday, the same day President Trump again praised the government's response to Maria during a meeting with top DHS and FEMA officials.
Marty Bahmonde, a senior official at FEMA, confirmed to CBS News' David Begnaud that the agency delivered the water to the island. From there, the details are unclear. Bahmonde said they don't track specific shipments of water bottles so it's not clear when they were delivered or what became of the bottles after the delivery.
It will become exceedingly difficult to blame Trump, but they will try to explain it is DjT's personal responsibility to hand out bottles of water
The Mayor voted for Hillary Clinton and campaigned for her..she is as corrupt as they come. She refused to help the citizens of Puerto Rico because she wanted to hurt Trump..politics trumped helping her fellow citizens, that is how corrupt that piece of sh*t is

Meanwhile, they’re trying to run down Trump’s polls prior to the midterms. The Guardian has gone all Florence/Maria all week long.

There was a problem in delivering supplies because of washed out roads.
They were probably intended for areas that were inaccessible.
Did they show the pictures of supplies sitting in government warehouses in Puerto Rico rotting while they claim no supplies have been delivered?
The Puerto Rican government stole the supplies.
They even stole the electrical equipment, and were caught.
I'm reminded about a book I read by a WW2 GI who landed at Anzio and fought his way all the way up the Italian boot, then across France into Germany. He said that in Germany when each German village was cleared of the Nazis, the people were immediately out cleaning the streets, etc. He said, meanwhile back in Italy they were still waiting for help to arrive.
(There were only a handful of Anzio GI's that survived that march to Germany)
They should have put up a sign , FREE WATER
A better sign would advertise it for $5.00 per bottle saying that it’s an honor system and they can leave the money in an assigned spot.
It would be gone in a day.

There was another problem, they had no truck drivers because they went on strike. Containers filled the shipping docks while ships waited at sea to unload..........
Don’t cry for Puerto Rico, Congressman Luis Guitierrez has vowed to relocate to the island and save the day.

The truck drivers demanded to paid in cash $$ before they would move any loads. There are still unloaded containers in PR that are filled with relief supplies. I know a relief organization that tried to ship generators into San Juan, but could not get them delivered. It was all corrupt over $$$.
