This side can bring up all that she has in her craw.. not the Judge... but conservatives .. and Judge’s mother who was the judge against her mother some years ago... plus she hates Trump and is a liberal baby killer via abortions.. she does not want Judge Kavanaugh on the SC bench... so she is doing this...it doesn’t even matter if anything happened that many years ago among youth...she never complained until the man TRUMP nominated, is a conservative and they believe they will lose their baby death machine.

Kavanaugh is a brilliant attorney and scholar, I would not want to be on the receiving end of one of his lawsuits.
Couldn’t it be argued that the false, public accusation itself is damage? It will affect his family and there is no doubt about that.
