He said it never happened.

The other guy who was supposedly there said it never happened.

We are long past the statute of limitations on this, so there will be no legal case no matter what.

So say the FBI talks to all three people, and they repeat the stories told. Then what? Where do you go from there?

It would be an interesting exercise to determine if any Federal crimes have been committed in this episode - by Feinstein or her staff.

Feinstein may be protected by the speech and debate clause, but her staff are not.

Trump will not order FBI to investigate these "credible allegations" which obviously means that Kavanaugh is indeed a sexual predator and must not be seated on the SCOTUS.

It also means that Trump must be impeached for wanting such a deviant on the court as well as attempting to cover-up BK's predatory behavior.

Public accusations are one thing, Lying before a congressional commitee under oath is a very serious crime.
