Ruth Bader Ginsburg held on to the seat so that Hillary could nominate her replacement - that backfired in a big way! Then they pinned all their hopes on keeping her propped up through the Impeachment proceedings...whoops - another fail! There is no way that she can be considered competent to be seated on the Supreme Court and Roberts needs to makes that clear to her on October 1st!

They seem to think they are in the majority. Unfortunately, on most issues, the Republicans also think that. But I do see the Republicans having a spine when it comes to these judicial appointments. Let’s hope they keep it up.
