Dead wrong. Each branch has their enumerated powers given to them by the Constitution. The courts have no business involving themselves with immigration.
This judge needs to be removed from the bench, tried for crimes against the republic and HANGED.
The SCOTUS in two earlier immigration cases ruled that District Court Judges do not have jurisdiction to issue such sweeping national and international injunctions; they are not the proper venue for these political cases. This judge was specifically reversed on at least one of those cases for doing the same thing. He's arrogant.
No court can order the POTUS to do anything! They can rule something he does unconstitutional, and therefore block it. But they cannot order him to do anything!
And if we still had any respect for the constitution, the POTUS would not be doing anything more than merely executing the laws passed by Congress. So any SCOTUS chides would be against unconstitutional legislation by Congress.
We are so far off the rails now, can we find our way back?
I don’t know. How would that make the Executive an “equal” branch, then? Seems it would make SCOTUS the king.
