US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley has announced she is resigning-after nearly two years in the post.
President Trump appeared in the Oval Office alongside Mrs. Haley to say she had done "an incredible job".....
Mrs. Haley did not give details about her move....

She couldn’t convince the government in India to stop buying Iranian oil and heck, they just cut a deal with Putin for Russia’s S-400 air defense system.
So I’m not sure if she’s headed to India or not.

By chance last month I happened to pick up a live broadcast of her speech to the UN Security Council after the British Government had released the video evidence on the Skripal/Salisbury/Novichok attacks and named two Russian suspects. It was extraordinary. Not only did she forensically work through the evidence, endorsing every detail, she had the class to mention by name the British casualties, such as the police office who first found the Skripals after they’d collapsed. It was a formidable and deeply impressive performance. I didn’t know much about her before, but I’ll always remember her for that.

That development is very worrisome. We need India as an ally; not to cozy up to our adversaries.
If I’m not mistaken, we will be obligated on include India in sanctions per some act or law on our books. Also problematic.
