It’ll get done. I just didn’t think of saran wrap. LOL! I even put a towel in a trash barrel that’s turned over on its side. They have options. LOL! Luckily the wind isn’t blowing tonight. Good thing, too...Peaches went out earlier and I don’t have to feel guilty. :)
It’s 42 here now and there isn’t any wind chill to speak of. I hope that it passes quickly for you...so you can get back into those flip-flops.
Very cool addition to our road trip...you have a piece of history right there on your farm.
We have about the same temperature, but I don’t think it’s raining here. Wasn’t earlier anyhow. Hope this does away with your rain deficit!
What a super picture!!
How's everyone doing this morning?
Hmmmm, not sure what to make of the boss’s response to your complaint. Maybe making a point to higher ups? Sure is a crummy way to do it if that’s what she’s doing, putting y’all through the wringer.
Deficit is officially over! And rain is expected to continue off and on all week.
You’d mentioned putting a towel in the trash barrel but I gather no one’s making use of that, huh? It sounds like they all prefer to be in the shed so that might be what to concentrate on.
Good that the wind stopped blowing. It sure does make it miserable when it blows. brrrr!
It’s still blowing here but not real hard. Just enough to make it brisk. We’re still in the 50s so it’s not too hard on all the critters.
I’m pretty sure the flip flops are retired for the year, at least when I’m outside. I did have them on earlier today, in the house, but had to grab the socks and shoes once the wind changed direction. It gets chilly in here when it’s out of the north.
Her boss has always been a pain...just keep piling things on and expect them to get done. They can, but not in an 8 hour day. She said he is monitoring the tickets...they are taking a terrible amount of time.
And I am crashing, so I’m off to bed. Rest well when you get there.
A lot of those buildings are scattered around the area. The Red Cross building in Tullahoma was a Camp Forrest building.
It IS kinda neat to have pieces of history right out the back door. Of course, they’re all crammed full of stuff. I married into a family of hoarders. LOL
Well maybe he’ll get the hint this time that he’s expecting too much from too few.
And maybe he’s a total creep and won’t care.
Time will tell, I reckon.
Sleep well. Maybe you’ll get a chance to do a little of YOUR stuff tomorrow.
Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
Did the weather allow you and Gizmo to get out for a romp yesterday?
Good morning, E...((HUGS))...I think lauren is in your state for work.
You and Gizmo have a great Tuesday.
That is excellenr! And then the snow will begin to fall. For you, not for us. LOL! I don’t think we even got one snow day last year.
The good part about them using the shed is that it is right next to hubby’s huge compost pile, which insulates the side the bedding is on really well. I just have the carrier out there in case someone doesn’t want to use the shed. it could be Li’l Bit of Ghost.
Good that it’s still in the 50s there. Maybe it won’t get much colder. I was kind of surprised when we woke up to mid-30s. i could just see all the potted plants dead. LOL! But they weren’t.
See ya tomorrow. The eyelids are wanting to slam shut. -_- ...zzzzzz
Always good to have multiple places for them to shelter in. Some like to pile up together and some prefer solitude. You’ve got the bases covered.
It’s supposed to drop down to low to mid 40s by morning so we’re not through yet. It was 54 the last time I looked. That’s about what our high will be in the afternoon.
Another front will come through this weekend and our temps will be even cooler once it goes through.
Sleep well. Catch ya tomorrow evening!
Supposed to warm up a little today. I did do some lawnmowing yesterday.
Glad the winds calmed down a bit but it sounds like it’s still right nippy over there. Double jumpsuits? BRRRR!
There must be a warm system below us coming up because the weatherman showed us having a slight chance for rain from the south today. Might explain why we aren’t going to be so cold this week.
I hope y’all do get the warm-up today to make a trip to the lake more enjoyable.
Hai Kathy and Good Morning ... (HUGS)))- well Frontier has sorted itself out and I’m back on the normal schedule starting Thursday so I’m gone for four days. I’ll only get 80 hours this month so my yearly total of a thousand hours won’t occur until mid-November. Then I’ll be off until the first of the year. The weather at home is holding nicely so I’ll be doing the jump plane when I get back.
