Since 1945 there have been 2053 nuclear bomb tests done on both land, and many in the oceans.
One would think the oceans should glow at night.
Another factor that is misunderstood is that water cannot get radioactive. Things IN the water can, but the water cannot. That’s one of the reasons they use water to cool nuclear reactors.
