Others think it should be ...foreigners, aliens, [ or] who are...
Thats the whole debate in a nutshell and its a well known controversy.
Levin blows right by it, never acknowledging that it exists, and simply assumes that his interpretation is the only option.
It might make for good radio but its intellectually dishonest and a sign that hes not confident in his argument.
