Senate report concludes evidence Swetnick, Avenatti ‘criminally conspired’ against Kavanaugh

An exhaustive investigation into the 11th hour sexual misconduct claims against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh concluded that there was “no evidence” to back up any of the accusations.

Moreover, the bombshell 414-page report by the Senate Judiciary Committee said that accuser Julie Swetnick and her “Creepy Porn Lawyer” Michael Avenatti criminally conspired to lie to Congress.

“Following the separate and extensive investigations by both the Committee and the FBI, there was no evidence to substantiate any of the claims of sexual assault made against Justice Kavanaugh,” according to the report.

Investigators interviewed 45 people and reviewed the evidence provided by the women who came out of the woodworks in September 2018 to accuse Kavanaugh of groping or raping them when he was a teenager.

Judy Munro-Leighton, a 70-year-old Kentucky woman, admitted that she concocted a false rape allegation against Kavanaugh — even though they had never met.

In her shocking confession, Munro-Leighton said she sent her anonymous letter to Democrat Senator Kamala Harris because she wanted attention.

“She later admitted that she was not the author of [the letter] and merely used it as a “ploy” to “get attention” and had never met Justice Kavanaugh,” according to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Judy Munro-Leighton is a retired history teacher who has regularly donated to the Democrat Party, according to the Federal Election Commission. Investigators discovered that Munro-Leighton was a “left-wing activist” who is 17 years older than Kavanaugh.

414 pages? Are these people paid by the page? Why does it take 414 pages to say, “they lied”?

In order to demonstrate that they lied, they had to provide the evidence - unlike what Ford, the Dems, Swetnick, Avenatti and the rest did with their claims...

Judy Munro-Leighton, a 70-year-old from Kentucky, admitted she concocted a false rape allegation against Judge Kavanaugh. In her shocking confession, Munro-Leighton said she sent her anonymous letter to Democrat Sen Kamala Harris (a presidential wannabe) because she wanted attention. She later admitted that she was not the author and merely used the letter a “ploy” to “get attention.” She has never met Justice Kavanaugh, according to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

FIGURES----false accuser Munro-Leighton is a retired (cough) history teacher who regularly donated to Democrats, according to the FEC. She's a “left-wing activist” who is 17 years older than Kavanaugh.

If she was not the author of the letter, who was? This would appear to not only be lying to congress but engaging in a conspiracy to defraud.

Why does it take 414 pages to say, “they lied”?

It took them about 30 pages to say there was no merit to the charges against Kavanaugh. The rest of it was the supporting documentation such as interviews. There was some interesting interviews and conclusions. Ford used drugs and liked to party, etc. Ramirez may very well have had a male expose himself to her. There was a known exhibitionist at Yale at the time.

Here's the money quote from the report according to the article:

“The evidence appears to support the position that Julie Swetnick and Mr. Avenatti criminally conspired to make materially false statements to the Committee and obstruct the Committee’s investigation,” the report concluded.

This is big news. Too big for the MSM to ignore in my opinion.
