I think that your punishment is too harsh and too lenient. Ten years in solitary is just too cruel. Vote Tampering is treason, and merits the constitutionally allowed death penalty. Yes, I am serious, those who commit voter fraud should fear the death penalty. Perhaps then, those who are responsible for handling elections will not treat this as a game with cheating allowed so long as you don’t get caught, and if you do — well it is just a slap on the wrist, and after all if you did your candidate in office you may not get even that, plus you keep your job.

Photo ID.
Proof of citizenship.
Registration required at least one month before the election so the registrar can verify residency and citizenship (longer lead time if necessary.)
Proof of residency — back in the day I had to bring something (such as a phone bill) to prove that I still lived at my address.
Literacy test — this should be standardized across the country for federal elections (states can do as they wish.) There was a problem with literacy tests in the past where black people were given tests so difficult it would require a PhD to pass. Literacy tests should be like DMV tests, and show that you can read, that you understand the process
of voting, and have a basic understanding of our federal govt.)

I have thought for a long time that the purple finger is a good idea.

I also think that college students who are old enough to vote, if they receive any support from their parents, return home during summer vacations, etc.) should be considered residents of the state/county/town where their parents reside.

And while we are at it, let us get rid of the 18-year-old voting (which means some 17-year-old vote as well!)

Ballots need to be English only.

Voting is the first level of govt, and only responsible adults should be allowed to vote.

What about Arizona, which is “slow” to count “mail-in ballots”?

Why do the late-counted ballots favor the Dem candidate in such a lopsided way? Is it because Dems have a greater preference for mail-in “early” voting than Republicans do?

Or is it because the leftists who are counting these ballots are committing election fraud on a massive scale?

Chalk up one more for Captain Obvious! PHOOEY!!!!

I am ANGER! I NEVER thought in this COUNTRY we will be going through this! I know many people on in this forum have influence. But now I think it is time for all of us to pull together one way or another and start working on how do we work with our President and STOP this. Both a short term and long term stragey. People can’t go out and have dinner, people afraid to talk in public, etc.

A bigger issue I have is their insistence that people can “correct” their ballots days after they’ve already been cast, and Election Day is over.
