Later in the video she says that buses dropped off about 350 men. She didn’t see any women or children. Also the American Mexican’s that live in Tijuana will be having a protest tomorrow. They are upset that the Cali govt helps the migrants more than their own families. These caravans will overwhelm the city.

The Caravan of Invaders is here at the border of Tijuana. This link is a live video. Where is our military? No one is there except the woman filming all this!
The rules of engagement on this operation are that they may not be hindered in any way. The only way the military may engage is if they're attacked/assaulted. As always, they are allowed in to apply for refugee status.

Perhaps. I’m not sure. The friend of the woman recording sounded like she had duel citizenship. She had no Mexican accent, but said she was American and also Mexican and knew the laws there. I understood it as if She was being ‘shut down’ while trying to protest and ask questions to the Mexican media the other day. She said I’m also Mexican and know the laws there.
