I’m never going to miss a presser again. But I’ll be watching it on Fox.

I've quit watching Fox since their CEO sided with CNN. I watch OANN (One American News Network) instead. OANN is about the only news network that sided with Trump and not CNN.

“And the answer is... “

They actually can’t be one. They have to show some harm and the letter is merely informing them of what’s going to be happening in the future.

They were acting really arrogant and all their DNC Media pals yammering about press oppression when there’s absolutely none against any organization.

You didn’t see the DNC Media stand up for James Rosen when the DOJ was unleashed on him and his family. Nothing with Sharyl Attkisson either.

“”The White House is continuing to violate the First and 5th Amendments of the Constitution,” the network said in a statement Sunday. “

How? By stating that is “could” revoke Acosta’s pass at the end of the month? These people are nuts.

Fox News Radio just said the White House caved and has agreed to permanently reinstate Acosta’s press pass.

Sad, if true.

And, if true, Trump should NEVER EVER call on him again. Not once. Ever.
Or anyone else from CNN - or anyone like Fox who sided with them. SCREW THE PRESS. THEY *ARE* THE ENEMY of the American people.

I liked Stelter better when he played George Costanza on Seinfeld.

And I can see him pushing grandmothers out of the way when someone yells fire.

Call on him, hear his question, then, just move on to the next question, without even acknowledging him.
Render him irrelevant. (even though, he’s does that to himself every day)

...and by sending that letter they have satisfied the due process requirements and CNN therefore has no recourse next time they suspend him. Judge Kelly teed it up for Trump, and now he’s gonna drive it right down the middle of the fairway.

Nicely done.

This wasn’t the first time that CNN sued the White House for access. Listen to Ted Turner...

Ignore the Judge, he has no jurisdiction. He isn’t superior to the President. Ignore.

When one goes to a Judge for the redress of grievance one had best be prepared to wait a LONG time for “justice”.

ESPECIALLY if one makes the egregious mistake of expecting “Justice” from a “Legal” system.

Trump actually uses Twitter to send the journos chasing squirrels. Much is happening below the surface. If you haven’t read it yet, get a copy of his “Art of the Deal”. It’s a quick read and will give you some insight to his thinking.

No jurisdiction. None.

Jail for judges who accept and rule on cases without any legislative or USConstitutional law. For a judge to do so, violates the separation of powers, which is part of USConstitution. Duh.

Jail for judges who break USConstitutional law.

#34.; Acosta should be charged immediately with assault and battery and disorderly conduct by the White House police for his tussle with the intern.

He had no right to keep the microphone when asked/ordered to give it back to the intern (disorderly conduct and unprofessional conduct), and then when he illegally touched her as she was trying to do her job.

Put him in a criminal court and let’s see what happens.
