BARRATRY: the offense committed by people who are “overly officious in instigating or ENCOURAGING PROSECUTION OF GROUNDLESS LITIGATION” or who bring “repeated or persistent acts of litigation” for the purposes of profit OR HARASSMENT.

SADLY barratry is NOT illegal in the U.S. of A. except where it refers to the generation of profit for legal services by an attorney who stirs up a dispute and encourages lawsuits in order to file what is typically a groundless claim.

When the president appointed Matthew Whitaker as acting Attorney General, I remember reading that Mr. Whitaker was allowed to be the acting AG under the law for 210 days before it would have been necessary for a Senate confirmation vote (of him or someone else).

So the fake “war hero” Dickie Blumenthal, Sheldon Whorehouse and Crazy Mazie don’t know what the hell they’re talking about.

“Installing Matthew Whitaker so flagrantly defies constitutional law that any viewer of School House Rock would recognize it. Americans prize a system of checks and balances, which President Trump’s dictatorial appointment betrays,” Blumenthal said.

Trump's Constitutional authority to appoint members of the Executive Branch puts overreaching members of the Legislative Branch like Blumenthal from betraying our system of checks and balances.

Thanks. I have never understood how taglines can change without wanting to change them.

“demolish the socialists’ sacred cow, the modern administrative state, which depends on Congress’ ability to use a statute to delegate Congress’ Constitutional authority to Executive Branch agencies.”

You’re on target. Congress has surrendered its constitutional duties to make law and given that authority to unelected, unaccountable fascist bureaucrats. Anytime you have bureaucrats writing law, you have a dictatorship. That’s how both Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany operated. It’s time to end this dictatorship.

These jackasses are just going to waste more taxpayer’s money by creating a Supreme Court fight over the ‘TEMPORARY’ appointment of Whitaker to attorney general. Typical democratic reaction to anything Trump does is evident here. I am growing to dislike democrats more every day.

This is another example of why we need sane judges, who would throw such ridiculous suit out of court as soon as they try to file it.

I’d gladly give up Whitaker to get rid of the administrative / regulatory state (and the SCOTUS precedents that pretend to authorize it.) But not otherwise.

“He might be “acting” for a long time as Democrats will refuse to accept any of Trump’s appointments”

You’re right. This is the reason I’ve been endorsing the idea of the President refusing to accept ruling from the bench that clearly arrogate his Article 2 powers. POTUS needs to start playing the same game and using the same rules. Enough already with this making nice-nice with judges.

There are plenty of Americans who voted to elect Demons, far too many.

From coast to coast and beyond, these three insane Democrat Senators sum up what is wrong with America and its Democrats today.

Blumenthal - Perpetual Liar re Vietnam Service
Whitehouse - crazy as a man can be but he’s working harder to be crazier, and succeeding
Hirono - one reason there should be human sacrifices to appease the Sanity Gods, as in “Hirono versus the Volcano”. Will be one of the first times in history that people will be rooting for the volcano.

One is too many, but it still requires fraud to take them over the top.

You’re right. We have no clue the level of voter fraud in this last election. It’s just that most places were better at it than the dolts in Foriduh. They were subtle about it, so didn’t get caught.

After 2016 there was no way they were going to “lose” another election so they went nuclear with the cheating. After 11/8/16 many of us predicted they had already begun perfecting their methods; I know I did.

There’s no way extremists like Sinema, AOC, Beto, Gillum, etc., did as well as they did honestly — not in a right / center country. They were borderline cartoonish in their ideology. (I am re-thinking AOC since she’s from an an district of NYC area whack jobs. Her win was most likely legit.). But in Florida and Texas? Uh uh. NFW.

Well, to be honest, Gen-X FReepers like me were taught certain things by those cartoons, too. I first saw that Preamble cartoon (YouTube link posted earlier) when I was about 10. In 8th grade, when we studied the Constitution, I could quote the Preamble from memory without having studied it, by imagining the song from that cartoon.

Notice that Progressives took that SchoolHouse Rock stuff off television rather quickly after that; they didn't want the next generation to know anything about the Constitution.

Really? Filing idiotic nuisance lawsuits is now “brave”?

What a utterly moronic screwed up world we live in where THIS infantile behavior is held up as “heroic”.

Desperate Democrats resorting to these aggressive tactics is appalling.....but not surprising.

As FReeper knarf insightfully posted: “Democrats have not acted act as an authentic political participant in a republic in a long time.

All they know how to do is be “in your face”.....throwing down gauntlet after gauntlet.

LET’S BE CLEAR: What Democrats are doing is not the thoughtful practice of politics.

They are fomenting an aggressive attack. A Democrat army challenging a peaceful nation......a nation it clearly despises.

Democrats have morphed into an invading army.

That would make Democrats candidates they back a bunch of camp followers.
