And it is Congress that provides the subsidies for renewables and if a carbon tax were implemented that would be congress

“Science” based on models built to support a specific conclusion, where the empirical data is massaged and altered to fit the desired conclusion is not science. When the real data doesn’t make the model fit reality, a scientist alters the model, not the data.
The evidence you cite is scientific data. Unlike the AGW modelers claptrap.
