"Satan we have two incoming..."

Seriously why is this a problem? They were sentenced to die, good riddance. Of course the liberal reporter makes no mention of the poor murder victims

Sounds like the arguments about which combination of drugs are best for an execution are settled.

Give em' the one they take of their own accord even when they have to smuggle it into the prison to get it.

Inmates sentenced to death are happy and the State saving a lot of money would be the perfect solution anywhere except Mexifornia.

Two weeks ago I suggested that toxicology analysis would probably reveal any shenanigans... I guess the press might be catching on.

After the GHWB obit... I shouldn’t expect too much out of that crowd.

The only source I can think of for illegal drugs in prison or on death row would be corrupt corrections officers. It wouldn’t be the first time.

Illegal drugs, the prisoners wanting to get high, I can understand. But these drugs are killing them. How would you go about buying drugs that can kill you, then sneaking them in for the prisoner who requested them? That doesn’t sound right.

it seems that someone, probably a correction officer, has decided to take matters in his own hands.

prisoners can be creative … if the drug is something like fentanyl all it takes is figuring a way of disguising the drug for transport...it could be as easy as books being distributed to the prisoner and the drugs being hiden in the binding or something else that is being used that the guards don’t realize is a security breach.

So why stop the contraband?

Let the chips fall where they may.

Anyone stupid enough to do drugs can deal with the consequences.

When did it become the government’s responsibility to protect people from themselves and their own stupidity?

Who cares if they died? They are of “death row” after all. These criminals saved the taxpayers some money. Good riddance.

>>> The only source I can think of for illegal drugs in prison or on death row would be corrupt corrections officers. It wouldn’t be the first time.

It sure wouldn’t. I’ve been told by an ex-corrections officer that CO’s are THE biggest gang in prisons and get away with things that would make your skin crawl.
