I would like to query some of these alarmists to see how many plants or better yet, how many trees have they planted to help mitigate over abundance of CO2? I bet combined, these thousands of global warming believers have not planted as many trees as my husband and I have. The last two years we have planted 8500 baby trees, eventually to be 80 foot tall beautiful Douglas Fir trees! Our 40 year trees were dying, some say due to the drought on the west coast, but could it be lack of CO2 as the environmentalists clamp down?

Joseph Priestley. The first evidence that gases participate in photosynthesis was reported by Joseph Priestley in 1772. ... However, Priestley discovered that if a plant is placed in an atmosphere lacking oxygen, it soon replenishes the oxygen, and a mouse can survive in the resulting mixture.
The relationshipe of plants, oxyegen and Carbon dioxide were established 246 years ago.
Jan Ingenhousz, (born December 8, 1730, Breda, Netherlandsdied September 7, 1799, Bowood, Wiltshire, England), Dutch-born British physician and scientist who is best known for his discovery of the process of photosynthesis, by which green plants in sunlight absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen.
Yet in the year 2002, 230 years after the relationship was established, they are still studying it at Alpine Tree lines and arguing about why they exist. Given that fact, they expect me to believe that climatologists know with absolute certainty that we must act know.
Boo-gels the mind. I here there has been a resurgence of the use of maggots and leaches in medicine and even the reemergence of bleeding as a medical therapy. Go figure!
but could it be lack of CO2 as the environmentalists clamp down?
No.
