A LABOUR MP has been ejected from the House of Commons after picking up a ceremonial mace in a “symbolic protest” following the postponement of a vote on the proposed Brexit deal.
Lloyd Russell-Moyle picked up the mace and walked towards the doors before being stopped by officials.

At that point, President Trump will arrive and conclude probably the most remarkable deal ever imagined. It will be some kind of package where Americans and Brits can travel back and forth, without any visas or paperwork. It’ll be a relationship like we share with Canada. You will start to see hundreds of Americans arriving monthly, and either going right to work, or doing start-up companies.

Now, wouldn’t that be a great way for this to work out! Trump brings England into the new NAFTA and they blow the rest of the EU away economically!
They might have to curtail some of their socialism: work full days and only get 3-4 weeks off a year, but they would thrive!
Also, after France, who wants to be part of that shitshow? Italy and Austria will be champing at the bit to get out.

At least Neville Chamberlain took serious steps to gear Britain up for war, (including introducing peacetime conscription for the first time in British history) and then declared war on Germany when it became obvious that war was unavoidable. Theresa May has made little in the way of serious preparations for a no-deal Brexit and has been operating on the assumption that her surrender of a deal will pass through Parliament. She isn’t even fit to lick the boots of Neville Chamberlain, never mind Winston Churchill.
There are already plans in place to introduce this within the Commonwealth Realms with CANZUK (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK). Since the US is also a five eyes* member and close ally that has more cultural similarities than differences I don’t see why this couldn’t also be extended to the US.
*I detest ‘Five Eyes’ because it is used by the governments of all four countries to get around legal problems of spying on their own citizens by contracting the work out to the intelligence agencies of the others who then share the information with that government, but it does at least show how close our countries are.
