I know that as Commander-in-Chief, he has the authority to direct the military, but does he have the authority to direct them to build the wall?
I hope so, because the dems will NEVER, EVER allow it to be built if they can prevent it.

I think he could go to the Army Corps of Engineering and put them to the task. He may be on limited funding but it’s a start.
