Nearly all modern full-size or compact handguns and rifles sold in the United States come standard with magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition
1.) Pretty much everything made during Clinton's 1994-2004 AWB.
2.) "Blue State Specials" sold after 2004.
3.) The 1911 and the Sig p220 (today), to name a couple. I'm not trying to nitpick but the 1911 has been very popular for more than 100 years, and it begins to look gangster-silly with even a 10 round mag.
The problem I have with magazine capacity limits is that passing them is virtue signaling and allows the virtue signaler to feel good without identifying what the real problem is. (And that's not magazine capacity.)

I’m not an expert on rifles but I’m a little confused by the statement that most rifles come standard with a larger than ten round magazine. Most bolt action hunting rifles carry more than 10 standard?

Unless it's a double stack magazine model, which Remington has just reissued based on the old Para-Ordinance design.
