what if.....

sullivan was setting precedent getting cards on the table to be used in future cases with similar charges?

<> FARA - being an unregistered “foreign agent” while working for the federal gummit.... setting up ....future charges based on recent congressional testimony that accused CF of acting as an unregistered foreign agent.

this foreign agent issue would also sweep up the podesta brothers along with hildabeast??

<> traitor - judge pinned down prosecution on treason issue to snuff it out on flynn.....this sets up a similar line of questioning for future charges of treasonous acts by DS players....hildabeast, brennan, clapper, muellie, LL, comey??

<> delayed sentencing - who will flynn be testifying against? imo, not limited to his former partners on FARA charges. imo, bigger fish.

You got it correct:

“I’m not suggesting he committed treason,” Sullivan adds, further apologizing for his remarks in the prior session.

Judge is not done with Mueller yet. He wants to dig into them. Gen. Flynn could not IMHO back out of the deal because Mueller would then go after him for FARA violations and send him to prison on that.

So he bit the bullet and Judge Sullivan did not like that he was not going to give him a chance to act on Mueller.

But the judge may not recognize or care that it puts Gen. Flynn and his family in greater jeopardy.

So that’s how we got here. It was a rough ride as I followed it on Twatter and watched all these Leftists cheering with glee over remarks by the judge he retracted.

Maybe our prayers were answered.
