Judge orders deported asylum seekers to be returned to US, in Trump administration rebuke
fox news ^ | 12/19/2018 | Bill Mears

A federal judge on Wednesday took the extraordinary step of ordering that asylum seekers who sued after their deportation be returned to the U.S. to have their claims heard anew, ruling against the Trump administration's revised asylum policies.

The ruling from U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington came a day after the same judge presided over a contentious sentencing hearing for former national security adviser Michael Flynn -- in which he questioned whether the ex-White House official committed “treason” and accused him of selling out the United States to foreign interests. He later delayed Flynn’s sentencing until 2019, as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

In his sweeping ruling Wednesday against the Trump administration's immigration policies, Sullivan said recent changes violated federal law.

“The Court holds that it has jurisdiction to hear plaintiffs’ challenges to the credible fear policies, that it has the authority to order the injunctive relief, and that, with the exception of two policies, the new credible fear policies are arbitrary, capricious, and in violation of the immigration laws,” Sullivan concluded.

Federal judge expresses 'disgust and disdain' towards Flynn, prosecutors in courtVideo Sullivan went a big step further by ordering that “the government to return to the United States the plaintiffs who were unlawfully deported and to provide them with new credible fear determinations consistent with the immigration laws.”

This is simply judicial tyranny, stripping the executive of executive of any powers at all.

These “judges” think they rule the country - and DO rule the country as long as our useless government keeps obeying their edicts.

Where is our President?
Where is our Attorney General (or whoever is acting as one these days)?
Where is our Supreme Court?
Where are the Republicans in Congress (oh, wait... I know where they are. Sitting around with their heads up their asses coming up with new ways to make the Democrats like them).

WHY are these liberal vermin being allowed to run rough-shod over EVERY facet of a sane government, seemingly without opposition?

President Trump... don’t you think it’s WAY past time you actually DO SOMETHING about this?

But of course Obamacare gets left in place until the Supreme Court weighs in. We can’t allow activist judges to run wild, can we?

I don’t seem to recall during Trump’s campaign rallies any mention of the fact that every single federal judge in the country would have to approve of whatever changes were to be made to immigration policies.

Refuse to do it. The judge has no authority to order deported foreigners to be returned to the US.

I’m hoping that this is going to be appealed. But who would do it, the doj? Not likely that they would seriously fight it. Trump stands alone in DC.

Emperor Sullivan decided that criminal illegals
may rape, murder, enslave, behead, and INFECT
Americans at their will - and NOTHING the elected
can do to stop it.

Emperor Sullivan will determine who lives and who dies.

Maybe Judge Sullivan would like to spend a little time in the tunnel, hmmmm????

Bet HE doesn’t live where illegal aliens are all about, using food stamps and hogging medical resources..

These “judges” think they rule the country -

It seems these judges are correct. They do rule the country.

The executive branch doesn’t seem to be at all interested in claiming its authority over immigration policy.
