during the hearing the two informants that presented information to the IRS said there is an investigation taking place. After receiving those documents the FBI asked for them to appeal their information to another court. Which means steps have been made.
Similar case to the Rod Rosenstein lead case in 2015 against a few non Deep State fall guys. They were given lenient plea bargains.
Three years later it's the same group at DOJ (look up the names) prosecuting a couple more non Deep State schlubs. This time Rod Rosenstein has gone from chief prosecutor to the DAG, and at that time, the AAG.
Same old, same old, nothing. It's what happens when Congress and others start turning up the heat about Uranium One.
Read Rex's tweets back in January on the subject. He tore the latest Uranium One prosecution to shreds.

If Trump had appointed a solid, non-blackmail-able AG we would be doing 1000% better. Getting the Special Prosecutor going has been a major way to hurt Trump and hurt all he wants to accomplish. Like someone said..... It is the deep state that has been playing the 4D chess.
