Nick Sandmann, the high school student at the center of the media frenzy over his interaction with Native American activist Nathan Phillips in Washington, D.C. last week, said he does not believe his actions that day were disrespectful.
Speaking to the “Today” show in a segment that aired Wednesday, Sandmann said he “had every right to stand there” but repeatedly wished the group of students he was with “could have walked away and avoided it.”
“But I can’t say I’m sorry for standing there,” he said when Savannah Guthrie asked if he felt he owed anyone an apology.

The effort all along has been to deny conservatives (patriots) their (civil) Constitutional rights of Free Speech (clothing) and Peaceful Assembly (permitted protests, campus lectures) by implying that both are to be regulated according to the left’s hypothetical results (offense).
Had Sandmann removed his hat or moved out of Phillips’ way, the left would have claimed victory.
The March for Life has been a serious problem for the abortion-loving Left for several years now. Pro Life support has been growing, particularly among the young. Thus they turned once again to the Alinsky playbook for underhanded tactics to try and undermine it.

Class action lawsuit. Compel Twitter, Facebook, YouTube run analytics and identify every person who has condemned these boys without looking at the facts. Suspend their accounts and have them added to the lawsuit.
