Here’s the latest on the Jussie Smollett investigation, via Rob Elgas of ABC 7 Chicago:
Have some new information about an @ABC7Chicago FOIA request in the Smollett investigation.
Our FOIA request for this information in the Smollett case was denied.
Last Friday one of our assignment editors filed under FOIA, "requesting any police body cams involving Jussie Smollett including the very first officer on the scene and any other officer body cams that have any video and or sound.. or any police video from police cars".

Jussie lassoed the body cams with his fake noose.
Why no. No you can’t get a reference to help the little twerp figure out how much the police already know.
His lawyers will get all this stuff after he is arraigned and has committed himself to one version of his story or another.
Equal treatment right? Besides, didn’t “juicy” tell the cops to turn off the body cams?
None of the versions he’s offered up have been even remotely believable. Not that it matters to the left that he made it up out of whole cloth.

The CPD can't accuse Jussie of filing a false hate crime without first building a strong case.
That's why they release meaningless information about the crime.
The police are stringing Jussie along waiting for him to trip up.
Give him enough rope and he's tie his own noose.
The CPD Chief serves at the pleasure of Rham. He’s not going to jeopardize his $260,000 salary by letting anything against the narrative slip out.

So the FBI are on this fraudulent case. Wonder how many agents are involved. We do know that there were about 27 to 29 FBI agents involved in the military style attack launched on Roger Stone’s house that forced him out on the street in his pajamas and his hearing impaired (deaf) wife out on the same street in her nightgown—both barefooted. These two very different situations prove that we have entirely too many FBI agents. Wonder what they occupy their time with when they aren’t carrying out such strategic assignments as these two cases.
Jussie slipped on ice walking back from Subway and cut his upper cheek.
He picked up his sandwich, went home, didn't say anything to the doorman or security because he was embarrassed by the fall.
At his apartment, he called his manager and told him about the cut on his face and was worried the cut on his face would cause problems during production and he was to embarrassed to tell them he fell.
He and his manager concocted the hate-crime narrative.
If the police accuse him of a hoax the black/gay community will accuse them of not believing a gay black man and go crazy.
The police have to be careful how they proceed so while they're 'investigating all leads' they're hoping Jussie will trip-up and expose the hoax.
