Mauritania only outlawed it “officially” in something like 1954. It’s still there. If you look hard enough you’ll find it in Saudi Arabia & the Emirates. Of course if you hard enough there you will get your butt in a sling. It exists either openly or somewhat concealed in all the Muslim world. Why because they see nothing wrong with it. Mohammed was a slave trader. Also the civilized world stopped taking them to task over it, so its returning!

I noticed historians have revised the count of the dead from the Civil War from 620,000 to 750,000, a number that does not take into account the thousands of Southern civilian killed by Union troops and the entire devastation of the South that was literally felt for the next one hundred years.
Do Southern whites who did not own slaves, the majority, get reparations?

unfortunately, the ‘remedies’ of massive (lifetime) welfare payments and ‘affirmative action’ in schools, employment, and promotions... have all done great harm, imho, to black people (and of course to American society...).. and made so many of them dependent on ‘whitey’ .. its just like we turned our entire country into one big giant-sized plantation... instead of liberating black people, we’ve managed to re-enslave so many of them.. all over again..enslaved to “whitey’s” free welfare payments, enslaved to asking for, or demanding, special preferences based solely on their skin color and without any regard to merit, .. again, we’ve reduced black people to blacks, period....as they are.. and as they sometimes ask or demand to be.. judged and treated solely or primarily on racist grounds.. and no other

It needs to be on billboards in every town and city in the country.
