One of Weissmann’s favorite tactics is to threaten to indict the target’s wife and small children.
Weissmann is so adept at this practice he coerced people into pleading guilty to things that were not crimes in the Arthur Andersen trial.. Of course, the Andersen case was reversed by the Supreme Court nine to nothing.. Weissmann and pals destroyed Andersen and 85,000 jobs .
It appears, Nadler has been "lying in wait" to nail Trump.
As well, Nadler has been stalking Trump's family, friends and acquaintances to determine their whereabouts and activities.
Conceivably, Nadler could be charged with "lying in wait", stalking, and criminal premeditation for political purposes.

Threats and Intimidation - My guess is that through the years of being a well known public figure and mega deal maker, The President has probably been introduced to some less than savory characters who could make Little Jerry Nadler pee his pants if it come down to really playing "hardball".

Just ignore them like everyone else. House subpoenas are pretty meaningless.
I have not heard of anyone being punished for ignoring one in my lifetime. And we have seen DOZENS of people ignore them in the last 5-6 years.
