The North had previously started to dismantle the rail-mounted transfer building on the launch pad along with the engine test stand last year at the beginning of US-DPRK negotiations. While progress was quick at first, both the launch pad and engine test stand had remained in about the same condition since August 2018. However, based on commercial satellite imagery, efforts to rebuild these structures started sometime between February 16 and March 2, 2019.
On the launch pad, the rail-mounted transfer building is being reassembled. Two support cranes are observed at the building, the walls have been erected and a new roof added. The walls appear to be one segment taller than the previous transfer building and new truss is being installed. The materials that have been stacked on the pad over the past few months are gone....

Not. Trump knows what's going on. It takes a lot of money to build a nuclear arsenal that can threaten countries on the other side of the world. The only place that money would be coming from would be China. If China is willing to fund this now, they would have been willing to fund it before. At some point you have to put down your cards and make a call. Trump has done this, and to me all signs suggest he is holding better cards. I trust him. I would never trust the vast majority of politicians.

No seriously, the big “take away” from this is dealing with the Kim Dynasty, and the Korean Workers Party is it is like nothing you’ve ever seen nor done. I don’t care what your background is.

G W Bush thought he could see Putin’s soul and Trump fell in love with Kim. These Presidents just issue these gushing statements trying to butter up these foreign leaders.
Trump genuinely tried and went further that any other President in attempting to reach these people but was smart enough to recognize when he was being punked.
I think a good approach (if we can do it) is to wait for a test launch and just blow their missiles out of the sky. Ambitious plan - granted - but (1) we must have this defensive capability anyway plus need the practice and (2) it doesn’t involve attacking a sovereign country but rather destruction of a missile in international space.
