Last week, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Eric Miller to the Ninth Circuit, and this week it has confirmed on successive days the nominations of Allison Jones Rushing to the Fourth Circuit (on Tuesday), Chad A. Readler to the Sixth Circuit (yesterday), and Eric E. Murphy also to the Sixth Circuit (today).

Republican leader Mitch McConnell also filed cloture motions today on the nominations of Paul B. Matey to the Third Circuit and of Neomi Rao to the D.C. Circuit, so I gather that those nominations will receive final floor votes next week.

When Trump took office, there were 112 vacancies of the 890 judgeships authorized in the ranks of the Federal judiciary.

Currently the number has grown to 154 vacancies.

The Republican Senate has done a good job of confirming Appeals Court judges. They MUST START to also do a good job on getting District Court judges confirmed. There’s no excuse for this number of vacancies. Lindsey Graham MUST STOP allowing ‘RAT Senators’ abuse of the blue slip silliness to prevent President Trump’s judicial nominees from being confirmed.

Needs to be repeated:

Lindsey Graham is allowing individual Democrats to veto the President’s picks for Federal District Court judges.

Lindsey Graham.

Turtle Power!

We’ve got at least 8 or 9 more Circuit Court judges to confirm. RAM them through Turtle.

Then run a train of over 100 district court judges on the Donkeys.
