The explanation is that he was the majority’s witness and they have the same right to coach testimony as a defendant’s counsel in a trial. Problem is that he met with Schiff who I know is chair of House intel ,but I do not believe is a member of govt operations cmte which is chaired by Cummings. More info needed here but do not expect Reps, except maybe Jordan to say anything.

DOJ has a lengthy list perjurers to prosecute (or should have) going back a number of years. Cohen will just have to take a number and wait his turn.

Don't forget that Cohen met for ten hours with Liddle Adam Schiff [AS} before his testimony. When Jim Jeffries asked him what they talked about, Cohen told him, "What I was going to talk about".
Jeffries was shocked he would admit that. He audibly said, "Whoa".

and, we’d also like to hear from Mr. Davis himself, why, he would allow his client to agree to any such meeting(s) -
and, we’d also like to know if any recordings or notes were made, and where are they, and what witnesses were in the room for such meeting(s) and did any of those witnesses disclose the events of the meeting(s) to others
we’d also like to know if Cohen was given questions in advance so that he could compose his opening remarks and tailor his redsponses to emphasis such upcoming questions
and, we’d also like to know what agreements were made in any such meeting(s) between any parties?
