The video has apparently been edited to remove almost all of the content. The original was about 2 minutes long. It is now only a few seconds long.
I assume this was done by youtube. If so, it’s another example of media censorship. Done this way it is not as obvious as it would be if they simply deleted it.

The whole video is still there. The link was incorrectly created with a time start value, so the video starts 98 seconds in. Simply start the video from the beginning to watch all of it.

“watch?time continue=98” in the URL means you are starting the video 98 seconds into it. That’s what’s wrong with the link.
