He didn’t scam them. He gave them EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED - made up stories on Trump that he dubbed “research”.
It would be LOL except for the fact it almost prevented DJT from getting elected, it has hamstrung his administration for two years, it is sending his colleagues to jail for no reason, and going to make it harder for him to attract excellent people.
