Dr Qanta Ahmed
I've never heard of her, but I am always wary when a Muslim says things like this. I have a hard time believing that they are being sincere.

Dr. Qanta Ahmed, a columnist and a Muslim member of the Council of Foreign Relations, had host Fredericka Winfield immobilized during an interview on CNN. Winfield didn’t know exactly what to do with Ahmed as she told her this President and President Bush are beloved.
Dr. Ahmed said it’s a mistake to blame the President for the New Zealand attack when he is beloved.
She rebuked those who would attack the President over Islamophobia and blame him for the xenophobic crime in New Zealand. Dr. Ahmed also reminded Fred that there are Muslim Brotherhood front groups making victims of Muslims.
She didn’t mention it, but these front groups like to give the impression they represent all Muslims, but they don’t. It’s not even close. Dr. Ahmed is more representative.

Interesting. But the world is turning too fast to wait for "reformers." CAIR and others need to quash the terrorists. Cut off their funding, political and business connections would be a start. Closing the borders might help as well.

Behold! Could this be the ‘moderate’ muslim I’ve been looking for since the 70’s??? I’ve been told time and again that they existed. What I’ve found over these many decades comes closer to the clown that was probing the gates at Ft. Bragg, and worse.

I have been saying this for years. It is ignorant to generalize and stereotype ANY culture, doctrine, or geographic location because it is absolutely not true or accurate at all... It’s just as ignorant as claiming every white person is a white supremacist, or that every Christian is intolerant.
While I have a strong dislike of Islam, it is interesting that some of that religion are more accepting and appreciative of President Trump than anyone at the CNN or MSNBC networks.
That tells us so much about the caliber of those networks.

I have a Mormon friend who says in would never move to UT or SLC because it is too fanatical. He said it was too much Mormonism.
I have other friends of various beliefs that seem to be have the same mindset. Including Muslim ones. They left the loonies to come here but now find the Dems are importing them.
Many of them admire strength in a male.
