I’m 60+ with many years in IT security. I’m presently in the process of starting a new IT company in Panama. This will eventually enable me to start hiring in the US. I’m on a short fuse, though, as would really like to retire in 3-4 years.

Good luck. A long string of turnarounds makes for fun war stories after retirement. It's a bit disturbing that many of my peers are retiring 6 ft under before they get a chance to enjoy retirement on the green side of the grass. It's a fine line.
