New York University has hired Talia Lavin as an adjunct journalism professor less than a year after the former New Yorker fact checker resigned after falsely accusing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent of having a Nazi tattoo.
Lavins undergraduate course Reporting on the Far Right will kick off in the fall semester of 2019 at NYUs Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. In its official faculty bio, the university billed Lavin as an expert in far-right extremism and social justice.

Oh yeah indeed, a real ‘expert’ and then some.. on trash recycling too I betcha, like the university.
Well she’s certainly an expert at misidentification of tattoo. She’s got that down.
Apparently, scoring just the tiniest scratch against PDJT will get you one of those permanent MSM-Democrat sinecures these days.
I imagine Lavin is all NYU could afford.
The perfect fit. Everybody knows that when you’re a dumbass liberal “Reporting on the Far Right” you have to be able to make a lot of Sh$t up because it’s hard to find anything to “report”.
NYU could afford a stadium full of Lavins plated in gold.
The real reason is that they actually do support libel and slander. NYU should be a co-defendant in her next libel case... and they got hella deep pockets.
This is another example of the Left taking care of one of its own. They have no shame. It doesn’t matter what you do or say. If you’re in “The Club”, if what you did or said was in the advancement of the radical Left agenda, you will be taken care of.
It’s like the d-bag that posted himself at ChikFilA. He was a nobody. So, he was left to fend for himself and he’s apparently paid a heavy price for his BS, deservedly so. If he had been in “The Club”, he’d be treated like a conquering hero.
This cretin is a hate filled smear monger. Offers nothing to free and good society.
Further more an Iron Cross is not a nazi symbol.
[WIKI] “The Iron Cross is a former military decoration in the Kingdom of Prussia, and later in the German Empire and Nazi Germany. It was established by King Frederick William III of Prussia in March 1813 backdated to the birthday of his late wife Queen Louise on 10 March 1813 during the Napoleonic Wars.”
Surfers and bikers appropriated the cross of iron back in the 50s and 60s.
So... sensationalist reporters have to sense of even the slightest bit (a smidgeon) of due diligence.
Surfers crosses were quite popular in the 60s and hung from neckchains and appeared as logo’s on the shirts and surf gear for years. Now it is a logo for biker gear and top production custom motorcycles.
But ya’ll knew that. Right?
The left is so stoopid... well... hell... y’all knew that too!
The surfer cross it was? What a moron! Well, she now makes $7K teaching one course. That’s not gonna pay the rent.
