onday on MSNBC’s “Deadline,” Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) doubled down on his previous claims that he has seen “evidence of collusion.”
Swalwell said, “Chairman Schiff and I were always clear that we have seen evidence of collusion. Now what Mr. Mueller can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt, looks like there’s certainly a difference between the evidence we saw in plain sight and some of the evidence we saw in a classified space. But if the president truly believes he’s exonerated, then he should be the first person to roll out and give to the public the full Mueller report. If he has nothing to hide, if there’s nothing to be concerned him at all, that report would have been made available yesterday.”

I think when it comes to congressmen, the DNC cares only if the guy is photogenic, with a big mouth full of relatively straight teeth. Almost all of them are either photogenic, or quick witted, and since the DNC loves to indulge in identity politics, which they know their base will like, that’s who they run. (Of course, most women candidates usually have to run on their brains and accomplishments, unless they have an “in”, such as had Her Heinous, Hillary Rotten Clinton.)

He should be forced to testify before Congress to produce his evidence. If he refuses, charge him with contempt. If he doesn’t produce the evidence, sue him. If he fabricates evidence, charge him with lying to Congress.
If Swallwell has evidence that he did not share with Mueller it would seem that Swallwell obstructed justice.

The Dems don’t know what to say so they keep parroting release the report for a few days of shuck and jive to see if they can move on to something else. When the report is released then they will go with the “he was not exonerated on obstruction” storyline for a bit until the whole thing gets boring for the media and recedes into the woodwork. After a week they hope the public has forgotten their 2 years of treachery and lying with the help of the media and then they will start demanding his tax returns to fish for other stuff

democrats still screaming about obstruction- Juliani shuts them down by saying something along the lines of “It’s impossible for there to be obstruction if there is no underlying crime”
